About Chef Jeff Liu:
Growing up in Taiwan, Jeff was exposed to Asian food through his family’s restaurants. He developed his talent as a restaurant manager and designer, and his career has taken him from Taiwan to Texas to Mexico and China. By 1999, his passion for food led this self-taught chef to open the Euro-Asian restaurant Bistro 88. Within the first few months, it was proclaimed one of the best restaurants in Austin. In 2002, Chef Liu opened Noodleism and brought the informality of an Asian noodle house to the capital city.
